Families can apply for an Indiana School Choice Scholarship (i.e. Voucher) AND/OR School-Based Financial Aid.

Here are the steps:

• To apply for Reitz Memorial need-based financial aid AND Indiana School Choice Scholarship, you will need to fill out the FACTS Grant & Aid application  Click here to fill out the online application. If you reside outside of Indiana, you will need to fill out the FACTS Grant & Aid application.

• To apply for the Indiana School Choice Scholarship ONLY, click here to fill out the Choice Only application and email your 2023 tax return to schoolchoice@rmhsevdio.org.
